Booking a room

Only book verified listings (marked as such) through the platform's checkout — never pay a landlord or agent directly, even if asked to. Direct payment isn't protected by escrow.

Confirming move-in

Only confirm move-in once you've actually moved in and the property matches what was listed. Confirming starts the countdown to releasing funds to the landlord. If something's wrong, raise a dispute instead of confirming.

Service fee

The service fee shown at checkout is charged in addition to rent and is generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed, per our Refund Policy.
