Listing your property

Submit accurate details, real photos, and an honest price. Every listing goes through verification before it's public — incomplete or misleading listings will be rejected with a reason you can see and fix.

Getting paid

You will not receive rent directly from a tenant. Payment is collected by Search Ghana and released to your Mobile Money number after the tenant confirms move-in and the waiting period passes, minus the platform commission (and agent commission, if the listing was agent-listed). Keep your Mobile Money number current in your profile settings.

Your responsibilities

Keep your listing's availability accurate — mark it appropriately once rented — and respond to booking and move-in coordination promptly. Misrepresenting a property may result in an escrow dispute being raised against you.
