Agent Policy
Registered agents may list and manage properties on behalf of landlords. Listings you create are marked as agent-listed, and you automatically receive an agent commission from escrow when a booking on one of your listings is released — no separate invoicing needed.
Requirements
- Register with accurate identity and contact information.
- Only list properties you have genuine authority to market.
- Keep your Mobile Money payout number up to date in your profile — commissions are paid there automatically.
Conduct
Misrepresenting a listing, inflating rent beyond what the landlord agreed, or attempting to collect payment outside escrow is grounds for account suspension.
