- Upload photos that are not genuinely of the property being listed.
- Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or verification requirement.
- Attempt to solicit payment outside the platform's escrow system.
- Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or defraud another user.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the platform's security.
Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
